Ecotech’s residential team has been awarded the design and build of the high-status Haju villa development project in Kampala, Uganda. The scope of activities includes full architecture and engineering services for both the design and site supervision of the villa development.
The luxury villa consists of five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, spacious open plan living / dining / entertainment area, a separate study / family room. The villa balances the demand for luxury lifestyle, urban living with that of a sustainable development. The orientation and passive design approach to the villa provides an abundance of natural light and ventilation.
