Ecotech is proud to be delivering a secluded residential development, considered to be one of the most prestigious projects currently being undertaken in Mombasa. Ecotech has been appointed in engineering, construction and cost & project management role on the project. The completed development comprises eight high-end luxury residential apartments over four story’s consist of a range of accommodation including two and three- bedroom apartments with basement parking and various leisure amenities, the work involves all enabling, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing works and all fit out works as well as external landscaping.
